Each year, we choose some of the best lodging in town for our Staff Picks. Our 2017 Staff Picks include new faces and old favorites that are guaranteed to wow even the most discerning traveler.

Our annual selection process takes literally all year, and involves plenty of careful deliberation and heated contention. As with any subjective topic, each and every Stay Park City staffer has a unique take on what constitutes "the best" in any category. Once our incredibly scientific process has selected the cream of the crop, we present our findings to you—the reader. Some of you may notice that some of our winners have been here before. That isn't laziness on our part, and we didn't forget anyone. Instead, we feel like some hotels continue to operate at the top of their game, impressing us all over again and earning their titles for another year.

Not every property can earn the distinction of being a Stay Park City Staff Pick, and we take our judgments seriously.
